1 – Pair of Nylon Roller J-Cups, 1 – Pair of Nylon Sandwich J-Cups
Roller j-cups allow you to safely and easily position your barbell exactly where you need before you start your lift. This is an excellent feature, as repositioning your bar while already down for a bench can cumbersome and even leaves you in an injury prone position. It also prevents your barbell from getting scuffed. Our upgraded nylon rollers are especially useful for keeping your bar in tip-top condition.
Rollers are only ever seen on competition style combo racks and Bells of Steel is currently the only home gym equipment company offering roller cups standard on their racks.
Safety spotter straps
Rated to 3,000KG static weight capacity, these straps will save your bar when doing hang cleans/pin pulls/lockout presses and are the next step up in safety. By setting the straps higher on the benching end, it creates a safe spot to dump on the bench, without interfering with your range of motion. Straps are also ideal for those training in sound sensitive gyms. Never wake up your kids or neighbours again when you miss a squat, as the safety straps are super stealth. Our latest upgrade features an easy adjust system for quick height changes.

trying to line up your j-cups/spotter straps even can be a real pain. But with our laser numbered pin holes every 5 holes, it makes adjustments a lot easier.
Fat/skinny multi-grip pull up bar
By having 1 half of the pull-up bar extra fat at 2 inches and the other standard 1.25″ size, it creates an additional dynamic to your training without taking up additional space. The multiple vertical access grips allow you to target a variety of muscles in your back.
Bolt Down Feet
The light commercial rack is designed to function optimally without being bolted down, however; I’ve added an optional layer of safety as there can be some shakiness when racking and unracking your bar on any flatfoot style power rack. Bolting the rack to the floor eliminates this problem, and creates an even more desirable lifting environment for you to push your limits. Includes 4 concrete anchor bolts.
Band Resistance and Narrow Pin Holes
With the Light Commercial Power Rack, you have the added benefit of adjustable band pegs on the top and bottom of the rack. This allows you to attach strength bands to your bar and create a variable plane of resistance to help bust through training plateaus. Now on the 5.0 there is the added benefit of superior hole spacing, with 1” spacing through bench and pull zone, and 2” spacing above and below allowing for precision when selecting your bar height.
