Choose from a 4 oz or 16 oz jar as well as the climate you will be training in:

  • Regular: 18-30C
  • Cool: 13-18C
  • Training: Best at 13F and below. Can be used at higher temps as a quick applying and quick clean-up formula.

Very good stuff for strongman , suggest for everyone!!!

Used in competition

Just tried novice strongman, was able to get a 220 for two reps and a 235,260lb stone with no slip from the tacky. Hurts to put on, hurts to take off, need coconut oil and a towel.
