The StrongArm Camber attachment.  

All of the reasonably priced dedicated Camber Bars we have seen may work well for the "camber" part, meaning the dropped weights, but tend to be pretty crappy bars, the part between the collars.  Smooth, inconsistent knurling, or too small or too big diameter.  

With this attachment, you can turn your own favourite squatting bar into a camber bar, and for a fraction of the price.  A Rogue camber bar is $385 C (and has NO knurling at all) and their Pro Loc Camber attachment is $176 including collars that you might not need.  

What does a Camber bar do? By lowering the weight, it changes the centre of gravity, moving it forward, putting more emphasis on your hamstrings and lower back.  Think of it as doing both a squat and a "Good Morning" at the same time.  

Another great use for this attachment is for overhead presses when you have low ceilings, like in a basement gym.  

Ours are not the only such product out there, but at $129.95 a pair, they are the lowest price!

Great compliment to the home gym.

If you got low ceilings and limited space this is a great addition to a home gym. Overhead presses with low ceilings can be a deterrent however with this attachment it makes it possible. Also a good alternative to the camber bar if budget is an issue.

This attachment gave me the ability to do standing OHP with a low ceiling. My gym moved into a basement with a ceiling so low that I could press a barbell but only have around 2" of clearance. Standing OHP is my favourite press variation so this was a disappointing loss. This attachment allows me to press as normal, albeit with a little more conscious control required given the rotations of the attachment and the barbell collars. The attachment is sturdy, takes up little room, and can be used for other presses or squats. I expect to use this at least 1x per week indefinitely and wholly recommend it. This also saves me from buying a whole new.barbell to store when I'm trying to save money and space for a small setup.

I moved into a house with a low roof where my home gym is now set up and can now do over head presses again! Haven't even thought about other exercises do with it yet. But shipped super fast and seems top notch quality. Very happy. Thank you!

Cost effective tool.

I was looking for a camber bar. Only one I could find in Canada was Rogue but high cost. Read good reviews and decided to give these a go. I’m loving them. Threw them on a home made axle bar and perfect. Using on spinning collars different feel and great too. Goodmornings are happy with this. Buy them.
