Nice water bottle that doesn't leak. Also has a hoop to put a caribiner which is handy (does not include carabiner). Also has a mixer inside in case u want to use it for protein or pre-workout or similar supplements. I just use it for water during training and I've thrown it inside a bag while still still full of water and lip didn't open or leak. So a very good water bottle overall.
