We love the pin, it's small but versatile, taking up minimal space and it'll work hard for you. It's a great and easier alternative to kettlebell swings as you can gradually add weight depending on your training.
Set-up includes just three simple parts—a handle, loading pin, and one wirelock pin to connect the two.
Weighing a total of approx 12lbs.
Once the weight is added, the user can insert the T-shaped, 1.9” diameter handle into the loading pin and lock it into place at the desired height with the wirelock pin.
There are 11 holes spaced 1” along the centre, so it’s easy to quickly adjust the height of the handle from one athlete to the next.
