14 days since my order was filled. Took 9 days for my order to be handed over to UPS even though I was told that UPS had my parcel, they did not. That 9 days ate up my original delivery date. So here we are 14 days later and I still have nothing in hand. Coming from China would be understandable, not from Canada.
Get a better shipping process.
As I told you and others a few time Steve, our Canadian Postal serrvice workers have been on strike for the last month and this has caused enormous stress to ALL of the courier services that operate here. This past Friday I had shipments ready and booked for pickup by UPS, Fed-Ex, Canpar and Purolator, and NONE of them showed up. Some of the goods were ordered almost a week ago. Some packages are being picked up, but don't get scanned into their systems for nearly a week. It's been a real mess to deal with.
Our government has ordered the striking postal workers back to work as an essential service starting today. Let hope things get better soon.
