TITEX Collars

I have a titex bar that I had for years and never got around to purchasing the collars. Man was that a mistake, the gym I train in has Eleiko collars that are worn out for all of the heavy deads over there years! First impressions, Stout and they lock nicely. Keep the weights where they need to be and look awesome doing it! It's a shame Titan stopped production of these and their barbell, these products are the hidden gems of the powerlifting world. 5 out of 5 stars for the quality and attention to detail at Strongarm sport for getting these out to me before a huge SBD session!

I give them 5 stars because they are well-made and work well, but like every product I've ordered from Strongarm Sport, the box was damaged and the collars had scratched paint. This isn't the first time I've found that quality control at Strongarm Sport doesn't seem very high, even though they have good products and respond very quickly.

Received the collars w/ a few minor scratch damages and imperfections in the paint. These will go through some use in the g gym so not worth returning. The clasping mechanism is very good. Expect the collar not to come perfect.... I experienced this with the uncalibrated version (peeling chrome) which was replaced after sending pictures. Overall good deal on an IPF calibrated collar.

These collars are the best collars I've ever used. They are extremely well built and those plates aren't going anywhere. Wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend these to anyone.

After using many different brands on the platform (spotting and loading), i landed on these titex collars as my favourite to use... which led to my purchase. Smooth operation (and on the hands), super firm hold. Plus, best value.

They make me forget I put extra weight on the bay.

Love them! An absolute must for squats and deads. If put on properly, you’ll never hear the clank of plates again.

I was using 2 clips on each end of the bar to hold weight during deadlifts and they still weren’t holding. These collars didn’t move at all during my lifts. Highly recommend! The only issue, which isn’t a big one, is the paint does chip fairly easy as others have mentioned. The paint doesn’t affect the function so 5 stars.
