I would definitely give the whole product a 5/5 if I received it all, but I haven’t yet. The bench is nice but the rack still hasn’t shown up and is several weeks late (It’s definitely UPS’s fault for the huge delay)

Sorry but I have never received my order. Can someone explain why that is? If it was sent from the USA then maybe I need to pay extra? I don’t know because no one has contacted me to confirm it might be stuck at the boarder
