Love this Shirt

What a difference in my squat and bench when I started using this T-Shirt. The material of the shirt is extremely comfortable and soft and no bar movement or sliding on the bench with the grip on the back . Definitely recommend this shirt. Ladies...I am 5"1" and 120lbs and the small fits me perfectly.

Excellent Bar Grip Shirt

This is the collab shirt with A7 and StrongArm. I've had several A7's in the past and have always found them more than just a shirt. This shirt definitely stands out from the ones I've had in the past. The shirt seems to be a new material which is very breathable yet very form fitting. The patented bar grip is really grippy on the back which is excellent for squats and bench. It'll pretty much almost guarantee you that the bar will not move when squatting and keep you in place without slipping when benching. Awesome shirt.... definitely very recommended.
